About the Role

In this role, you will be working with R Intercompany and SAP systems to ensure seamless accounting and financial operations. Your primary responsibility will be to reconcile intercompany transactions, prepare journal entries, and perform month-end and year-end closing tasks. You will also be responsible for process improvement and ensuring compliance with withholding tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile intercompany transactions and prepare journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing tasks, including account reconciliations and accruals.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance with withholding tax regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and financial issues.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP and R Intercompany systems to optimize accounting operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, preferably with SAP and R Intercompany systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and SAP and R Intercompany systems.
