About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving HR excellence at TalVer Ventures, a dynamic company in the Business domain. Your primary focus will be on talent development, training, and compliance, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

You'll work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes creating and executing training programs, managing employee relations, and maintaining HR systems to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Create and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
• Maintain HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws and employment standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Develop and implement succession planning and talent development strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
