About the Role
As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of Talentmap Technologies by ensuring seamless HR operations, effective onboarding, and efficient implementation of HR policies and processes. Your primary focus will be on streamlining HR processes, fostering a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement. You will be the key point of contact for various stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives to boost employee morale and productivity.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address process improvement opportunities.
- Provide exceptional communication and stakeholder management to ensure seamless interactions with employees, management, and external partners.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as Workday or BambooHR.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Certifications in HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, are a plus.
