About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of HR operations, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, and implementing HR policies and procedures that drive compliance and engagement. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions. Your primary goal will be to create a positive and productive work environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
  • Manage HRIS systems to track employee data, benefits, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement engagement initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  • Communicate HR-related policies, procedures, and benefits to employees through various channels.
  • Provide support to employees with HR-related queries and concerns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as Workday or BambooHR.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive business decisions.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.
  • Certifications in HR, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, are a plus.
