About the Role
As an Associate Trainer, you will play a key role in preparing students for successful careers by delivering engaging and effective classroom training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Train students in Aptitude, Programming, and Placement Readiness topics.
- Mentor and guide students to improve their career outcomes.
- Continuously learn and master new concepts and technologies.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with academic and training teams to improve learning experiences.
What You'll Need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals (for Technical Trainer role).
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Strong learning agility and adaptability.
