Business Development Executive
About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities for e-waste management services Connect with corporates, IT companies, manufacturers, and institutions to Generate New leads Build and maintain long-term client relationships Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field 0–3 years of experience in sales (B2B preferred; IT/hardware sales is a plus) Freshers with interest in sales are encouraged to apply Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic understanding of electronic products and IT hardware Ability to work independently and meet targets Willingness to travel for client meetings
