About the Role
As a Tamil Voice Process Associate at Takecare Manpower Services, you will be responsible for handling customer calls and resolving their queries in Tamil. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Participate in training and development programs to improve communication and negotiation skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Tamil language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer calls simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Graduate degree in any field (preferably in Arts or Humanities).
- 0 to 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
