Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales (Feet on Street) role in the pet store sector. The responsibilities include building relationships and engaging with pet store owners to promote tag8's products and services, understanding customer requirements, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. The role also involves conducting training sessions for store staff, providing exceptional customer service to address client queries, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will represent the company at the ground level, playing a key role in expanding market reach and solidifying the tag8 brand in the pet care industry. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships effectively. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with experience achieving or exceeding targets. Ability to deliver Training sessions and onboard new retail partners seamlessly. Proactive approach and willingness to work in a dynamic, on-site sales environment. Prior experience in sales within the pet store or related industries is an advantage. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
