About the Role
This Business Development Executive position involves generating new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and lead generation, introducing AI-based products and solutions to prospective clients, and building strong customer relationships.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, explaining product features and business benefits, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
You will also be required to maintain and update lead information in CRM or Excel, follow up with prospective clients to nurture business opportunities, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and lead generation.
- Introduce AI-based products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Identify customer requirements and explain product features and business benefits.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with prospective clients to nurture business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in BBA, BMS, BBM, B.Com, or any Graduate.
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing ability.
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Negotiation & Persuasion Skills.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic Email Communication.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Quick learner with good interpersonal skills.
