About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating high-impact visual content for social media, campaigns, and brand collateral, using AI image generation tools as a superpower to bring your ideas to life.

You'll work across formats, developing design systems, templates, and visual identities that stop people mid-scroll and make them go back to look again.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-impact visual content for social media, campaigns, and brand collateral
• Develop design systems, templates, and visual identities that align with client goals and brand identity
• Work across formats, including posts, reels covers, thumbnails, banners, and decks
• Use AI image generation tools to enhance and generate visual content
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Develop a defined style and strong niche that sets you apart from other designers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Advanced skills in Canva, including design and layout
• Experience with AI image generation tools, including nano banana Pro, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, and Ideogram
• A defined niche or visual style that you can showcase in your portfolio
• A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
