About the Role

As a Sales- AIF & PMS professional at Swyom Advisors Limited, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS) sectors. You will work closely with clients to understand their investment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the AIF and PMS segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their investment needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple sales projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong understanding of the company's products and services.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of financial services, including AIF and PMS products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
