Front Office Executive
About the Role
Key Responsibilities: First point of contact: Greeting visitors, and clients as they enter the office or call.Communication hub: Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages.Administrative support: Assisting with clerical duties to help keep the office organized and running smoothly.Greeting and welcoming visitors: Ensure visitors feel welcomed and guide them to the appropriate person or department.Answering phone calls: Respond promptly and professionally, directing calls or taking messages.Handling mail and deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.Maintaining the reception area: Keep the front desk and waiting area tidy and presentable.Providing information: Offer basic information about the company, its services, and facilities, if requiredData entry and record keeping: Maintain records of visitors, calls, and other relevant data.Coordinating with other departments: Communicate and collaborate with various teams to assist in smooth operations.Security duties: Monitor visitor access and ensure security protocols are followed.Performing other administrative tasks: Such as filing, photocopying, or ordering office supplies.Monitor: office, cafeteria, conference rooms and other part of office cleaning, supervise office boys.Travel arrangement- Flight ticket, taxi/cab booking on demandAccommodation- Hotel and stay arrangement for guest, new joining, or existing employees for both offices.
