About The Role Swansea University is looking for an Associate Solutions Developer to join our Digital Solutions Team within the Digital Services Directorate. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to embark on a career in delivering solutions for its key customers, students and staff. Digital Services is currently undergoing a digital transformation for its key IT systems, focusing on streamlining processes, developing innovative solutions to problems and providing an excellent service for its customers. Our major projects that are currently in progress are an ERP Cloud reimplementation, Student Records System reimplementation and CRM migration to the cloud. You will work in a multi disciplined development team, that has its customers at the heart of everything it does. We design, develop and support our solutions, both bespoke and COTS. You will have opportunities to work closely with stakeholders and colleagues, both technical and non-technical. Within Digital Services you will be required to participate in our Agile processes which includes backlog planning and refinement. To be successful in this role, you will be focussed on the customer, be able to think out of the box (at times), be able to work on your own initiative, have an eye for detail and a desire to learn.
