About the Role
This role involves working with the sales team to expand our customer base in the Malayalam-speaking region. You will be responsible for making cold calls to potential clients, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 50 cold calls per day to potential clients in the Malayalam-speaking region.
- Negotiate deals with clients to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team on customer interactions and sales progress.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in Malayalam language.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
