Key Responsibilities: SuperBottoms is a purpose-driven brand founded by Pallavi Utagi, building products that are better for babies, kids, and the planet. We’re India’s first certified eco-friendly cloth diaper brand, trusted by over 2 million parents. Sustainability isn’t just a buzzword for us; it’s at the core of everything we do.

We’re looking for a 'Design Intern' who can think, create, and execute. Someone who keeps up with design trends, understands the basics well, and is excited to experiment (especially with AI tools).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Come up with fresh concepts across different platforms

2. Work on photo editing and image manipulation

3. Create designs that fit within brand guidelines

4. Take ownership of your work and timelines

5. Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, and content

6. Stay updated on design trends and bring those into your work

7. Be open to learning, feedback, and trying new things

8. Make sure your work reflects our focus on sustainability and comfort in the kids space

Work setup:

1. Hybrid: 2 days from our Mumbai co-working space, 3 days WFH
