Accounts Assistant (Jaipur)

About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to the accounting team at Super style tips - youtuber. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
• Prepare and review GST returns, ensuring timely submission and accuracy of data.
• Use Tally ERP software to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Perform analytical tasks to identify trends and areas for improvement in financial performance.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial data and insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software and other accounting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of GST and tax laws.
