About the Role

As an HR Recruiter at Sun Knowledge, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to fill open positions efficiently. Your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent for various positions within the company.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to fill open positions.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate data and interview results.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or KPO environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel to analyze data and track recruitment metrics.
  • Knowledge of volume hiring and mass hiring processes.
  • Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
