Technical Recruiter
About the Role
Technical Recruiter Program Internship to Full-Time Track We are looking for sharp freshers who want to build a career at the intersection of engineering, talent intelligence, and AI-led recruitment. This is not a regular HR internship. You will work on niche engineering roles across automotive, aerospace, EV, embedded systems, manufacturing, mechanical design, validation, and product engineering. You will learn how to understand complex technical requirements, break down engineering JDs, use AI tools for research and screening, create sourcing strategies, identify target companies, and speak to candidates working on cutting-edge domains. You will work on roles such as Embedded Software Engineer, AUTOSAR Engineer, ADAS Engineer, BMS Engineer, HIL Validation Engineer, Aerospace Stress Engineer, CAE Engineer, Wiring Harness Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer, Manufacturing Process Engineer, and Functional Safety Engineer. The first 3 months will be an internship. Strong performers will be converted to full-time roles. High performers can earn a promotion within 12 months. What You Will Do You will learn how to break down technical JDs into must-have skills, good-to-have skills, and deal-breakers. You will create search strategies, build Boolean strings, identify target companies, source candidates from platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn, conduct first-level screening calls, prepare candidate submission notes, and maintain hiring trackers. You will also use AI tools to improve research, sourcing, resume analysis, screening questions, and market mapping. What You Will Learn You will learn how hiring works in deep engineering domains like automotive, aerospace, EV, embedded systems, mechanical design, validation, and manufacturing. You will understand technical terms, tools, companies, talent pools, and real-world hiring challenges. You will also learn how to use AI tools professionally to become faster, sharper, and more analytical in your work. Who Should Apply Apply if you are curious, research-oriented, comfortable learning technical concepts, and interested in working with AI tools. You should enjoy solving problems, speaking to people, asking questions, and understanding how companies hire skilled engineers. This role is a strong fit for freshers from BBA, MBA, B.Tech, BCA, psychology, commerce, or any background, as long as you are sharp, curious, and willing to learn. Who Should Not Apply This role is not for someone looking for a casual internship or a generic HR role. You should not apply if you do not enjoy research, are uncomfortable speaking to candidates, or are unwilling to learn technical domains. Growth Path First 3 months: Technical Talent Research Intern After conversion: Technical Recruiter / Engineering Talent Specialist Within 12 months: Senior Technical Recruiter / Engineering Talent Consultant, based on performance
