About the Role

As an Executive - Newly Qualified CA at Sudit K. Parekh & Co. LLP, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP and IFRS, and contributing to the development of business processes. You will work closely with the audit team to identify areas of improvement and implement changes. Your role will also involve managing and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP and IFRS, and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of audit methodologies and procedures.
• Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Provide support in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate laws and regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

• CA qualification from a recognized institute.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including Indian GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
