About the Role
This HR Business Partner (HRBP) Consultant role at Straive involves working closely with various departments to drive business growth through effective HR strategies and practices. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for providing HR expertise to teams, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Day-to-day, you will work on projects such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management programs, and HR metrics reporting. You will also be involved in onboarding and assimilation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions and improve HR processes.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement performance management programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and communicate policy updates to employees.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics reports to inform business decisions.
- Support onboarding and assimilation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HR metrics and analytics tools, such as HRIS systems and reporting software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, particularly in the Indian context.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
