Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a sharp, systems-oriented Generalist to design, build, and continuously improve the operational and automation infrastructure of the company.

This individual will use AI tools extensively to write scripts, build automations, connect APIs, create workflows, and solve problems that would otherwise be handled manually. The role spans multiple business functions, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Reporting, HR, and Client Success, with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and replacing them with scalable systems.

This is not a role for someone who prefers a narrowly defined job description. We are looking for someone who sees a broken process and immediately starts thinking about how to improve it permanently.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly organized, technology-driven, and committed to long-term growth. We are seeking someone who wants to help build the foundation of a company for years to come.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Use AI tools to create scripts, automations, workflows, and productivity solutions across business functions.

2. Integrate and manage third-party APIs to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

3. Build and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar tools.

4. Identify manual processes across departments and develop scalable automation solutions.

5. Manage ClickUp as the company's central operating system, including workflows, dashboards, reporting structures, and task management.

6. Manage GoHighLevel (GHL) for sales and customer lifecycle operations, including pipelines, automations, email sequences, CRM management, and WhatsApp workflows.

7. Develop systems for social media scheduling, SEO tracking, keyword monitoring, content performance reporting, and marketing analytics.

8. Build reporting systems for financial tracking, revenue analysis, collections monitoring, and operational performance.

9. Design and maintain dashboards that provide leadership with accurate, real-time business insights.

10. Create, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all business functions.

11. Develop training materials, process guides, and onboarding resources for team members.

12. Collaborate with department leaders to improve workflows and implement process enhancements.

13. Continuously evaluate new AI tools, automation platforms, and technologies that can improve productivity and efficiency.

14. Proactively identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational gaps, and implement sustainable solutions.
