About the Role
This Business Development Executive role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in the education and technology sectors, including prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing relationships with schools, institutions, and partners.
The ideal candidate will conduct meetings and presentations, understand client needs, and propose suitable STEMROBO solutions to drive revenue growth.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, coordinating with internal teams for proposals and demonstrations, maintaining account records, and ensuring high standards of client communication and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education and technology sectors.
- Prospect and generate leads for potential clients.
- Nurture relationships with schools, institutions, and partners to drive revenue growth.
- Manage sales pipelines and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate account records and ensure high standards of client communication and service.
- Monitor market trends and participate in events or outreach activities to support product and strategy improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Business and Account Management skills to manage pipelines, maintain client relationships, and support long-term partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis to track performance and prepare reports.
