We're looking for someone with great taste, a sharp eye for what works on a feed, and a genuine curiosity about what makes content stop the scroll. If you're excited about growing into an AI-native creative director, you'll love this role. You don't need to have any AI experience. As long as you bring the taste, we'll teach you the rest. What we are building We are building Soma AI - an AI-native arm for modern D2C brands. Most marketing teams aren't AI-native yet. We're the external team that bridges that gap, helping brands adopt AI to execute faster and better. This role is in our creative team, where we help some of India's largest D2C brands produce AI-generated video ads that drive revenue on Meta. What would be your role You won't be scheduling posts or writing captions. You'll learn to translate creative briefs into high-quality AI-generated video ads - the kind that actually run on Meta and drive purchases. Think of it as producing high-quality AI content for Instagram that actually drives purchases for brands. Why does this role matter AI is reshaping creative production. The fundamentals, strong visual taste, an instinct for what performs on social, and sharp creative judgment haven't changed. But the tools have. Some of the best creative folks we know now spend more time creating on ChatGPT than on Illustrator or After Effects. If you master this craft of producing marketing content with AI, in the next 1–2 years, you'll be among a small group of people in India who know how to combine AI, design, and marketing outcomes. That's a rare position to be in. We'll help you get there faster through real production work, room to experiment, and an environment built for learning from day one. Growth Path We are growing fast, and so will you. Depending on where your strengths take you, there are two paths you could evolve into: AI-Native Creative Director - own end-to-end creative production and expand to doing AI creatives outside of Meta ads (think brand films, product shoots etc) Meta Ads Strategist - go deep on what makes ads convert and grow into a digital user acquisition expert Who you'll work with Ankit (Co-founder) — Led growth at CRED, PocketFM, Leap Finance Meher (CTO) — 10 years building AI products at DigitalOcean, InMobi, Observe.ai Role details: Location: In-office, Indiranagar (Bangalore) Duration: 3 months (Conversion to full-time at the end of the internship) Stipend: 15,000–20,000/month (revised quickly for strong performers) We prefer people who've already graduated or are graduating in 2026 and would want to convert this into a full-time role at the end of a 3-month internship.
