About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring effective service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a basic understanding of labour law compliance, and a willingness to work in field sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation activities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business association Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients Support clients with basic information related to labour law compliance and services offered Prepare and present proposals, negotiate deals, and close business transactions Keep track of market trends and competitor activities Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of labour law compliance (preferred) Good client handling and relationship management skills Ability to generate leads and convert them into business Self-motivated and target-driven approach Willingness to travel and work in field sales Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred) Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development
