About the Role

As a Team Member in the PMO - Founder's Office - Centre of Excellence at Stashfin, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across various business functions. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data analysis and interpretation to inform business decisions and strategy formulation.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Design and create visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, automation, and project management.
• Contribute to the development of digital campaigns and automation initiatives to drive business growth.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analytics tools.
• Experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
• Strong project management skills, including Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management.
