Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Sales professional based in Delhi/NCR. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering customized travel solutions. Responsibilities also include managing sales processes, conducting client outreach, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training and mentoring teams Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach towards meeting sales targets Prior experience in MICE sales, hospitality, or travel industry is highly advantageous Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
