About the Role
In this Telesales Insurance Sales role at Star Health And Allied Insurance Company Limited, you'll spend most of your day on phone calls, interacting with potential customers to sell insurance policies. You'll need to be comfortable with rejection and have excellent communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of our products.
Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed your daily sales targets by identifying and converting leads into paying customers. You'll also be responsible for resolving customer queries and addressing any concerns they may have about our insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell insurance policies and meet daily sales targets.
- Identify and convert leads into paying customers by effectively communicating the benefits of our insurance policies.
- Resolve customer queries and address any concerns they may have about our insurance policies.
- Meet or exceed daily sales targets by consistently performing at a high level.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better understand customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve overall sales performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by being responsive to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
Skills & Qualifications
- Domestic calling experience, with a strong ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed daily sales targets.
- Degree in any field, with a strong academic record.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions.
