About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Madurai.
The Telesales Executive will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote Star Health insurance products, explain policy features, and respond to customer inquiries in a clear and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate call records
- Updating customer information in the system
- Coordinating with branch and support teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and post-sales service
What You'll Need
- Strong Communication skills
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Relevant experience in telesales, call centers, or insurance/financial services
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or telecalling software
