Accurately apply daily cash receipts to customer accounts, ensuring all payments are processed in a timely manner. Research and resolve payment discrepancies, working closely with customers and internal departments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cash transactions. Reconcile bank statements and customer accounts to ensure alignment and accuracy. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly cash application reports. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes by providing necessary documentation and reports. Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Support audit processes by providing documentation and explanations as required. Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to cash application and accounts receivable. Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration. MBA Finance mandatory Excellent English communication skills. Understanding of transaction processing, data analysis. Experience in Computerized Accounting systems will be a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Good excel skills, e.g. using pivot tables to analyze and report on large volumes of data, v look ups) Strong analytical and mathematical abilities Attention to detail, high level of accuracy. Good verbal & written communication skills Strong team and collaboration bias Willingness to learn and ask questions in a positive, non-confrontational manner Flexibility to stretch the shift as per business needs and sometimes to work on weekends.
