About the Role

In this SAP CRM techno and functional role at SSMT Solutions, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business processes using SAP CRM, ensuring seamless integration with SAP FICO and Master Data management systems. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement business processes using SAP CRM, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, including SAP FICO and Master Data management.
• Provide consulting services to clients, including process analysis, implementation, and training.
• Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, including SOPs and best practices.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve business processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications (SAP CRM, SAP FICO, etc.)
• 0-4 years of experience in SAP CRM techno and functional roles
