Business Analyst

About the Role

As a Business Analyst Intern at SRV Media, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements from internal stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create process flows, wireframes, and workflow documentation, and assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.

Additionally, you will conduct market research and competitor analysis, prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders, and track project progress to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Assist in creating process flows, wireframes, and workflow documentation.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support requirement validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, Figma, or similar project management tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or data analysis will be an added advantage.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
