Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include exploring and acquiring new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong professional relationships. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, creating business strategies, and fostering long-term partnerships that align with company goals. Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation Strong Business acumen with experience in Account Management Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets Previous experience in the real estate or proptech industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
