About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, identifying potential customers, and closing deals through inside sales and business development efforts. You will also assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through market research and cold calling
- Identify potential customers and close deals through inside sales efforts
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Use CRM software to track leads and customer interactions
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates through various channels
Skills & Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Business Development experience
- Recruitment and sourcing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English language proficiency
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in any field
