About the Role
In this CA / CMA - RTR role at Spes Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records. Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts and transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare balance sheets and other financial reports to meet month-end deadlines.
- Develop and implement record-keeping systems to maintain financial data integrity.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, including record-keeping and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete financial records.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, particularly during month-end reporting cycles.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including GAAP and IFRS.
