Role Objective We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will support end-to-end sales execution , including technical/clinical explanations, on-site demonstrations, post-sales coordination, and training support . This role is important and includes successful handling of structured deployments of product and scalable training models (including online/remote formats) . The role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable with hospital environments , frequent travel, and hands-on coordination with clinicians and rehab teams. Key Responsibilities Sales & Demonstration Execution Conduct and coordinate on-site product demonstrations and training at hospitals, rehab centers, and clinics Engage physiotherapists, rehabilitation doctors, and clinical teams during demos Manage and transfer post demonstration data and feedback of leads. Post-Sales & Deployment Support Act as the primary on-ground contact post-sale for onboarding and deployment Coordinate clinical training sessions (on-site and online) for therapists and staff Support execution of standardized training workflows Ensure smooth transition from demo → sale → deployment Assist in online and hybrid training models Capture field feedback to improve demo flow, training content, and sales playbooks Travel & Field Operations Travel across Maharashtra and Gujarat based on demo and deployment schedules Plan daily/weekly travel aligned with assigned demo targets Represent SparshMind professionally in all clinical and institutional interactions Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) – Strongly Preferred 0–2 years of experience in technology sales, healthcare sales, clinical coordination, or physiotherapy practice Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi required; Marathi preferred) Comfortable conducting demos and interacting with senior clinicians High willingness to travel and work in a target-driven, field-based role Ability to learn and explain technology in simple, clinical language What Will Make You a Good Fit You enjoy interacting with clinicians and hospital teams You are execution-oriented and okay with frequent travel You have the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
