About the Role
As an HR Intern at SPARSH HOSPITAL, SARJAPUR, you will assist the HR team in various administrative tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. You will also contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, and participate in employee engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for students pursuing an MBA (HR), BBA, or MSW (Master of Social Work) degree.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome packets, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Conduct research and analyze data to inform HR decisions and recommendations.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, responding to employee inquiries, and performing other tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- MBA (HR), BBA, or MSW (Master of Social Work) degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
