About the Role

In this Data Analyst role, you'll work with large datasets to identify trends, create data visualizations, and develop insights that inform business decisions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve querying databases, analyzing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of data tools and technologies, including SQL, Excel, and business intelligence platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data visualizations to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data solutions, and implement data-driven projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Develop and maintain data quality, governance, and compliance standards to ensure accurate and reliable data.
• Participate in data-related projects, such as data migration, data warehousing, and data governance initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and quantitative skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel, with familiarity with business intelligence tools a plus.
• Understanding of compliance in data collection and reporting.
• Exposure to Lean principles or automation tools is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to learn and adapt to modern technologies, including GenAI.
