Global Commercial Data Analyst
About the Role
Job Title: Global Commercial Data Analyst Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Type: Full Time Our Client is seeking a highly analytical Global Commercial Data Analyst to drive data governance, quality, and insights across global commercial operations. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and usability of commercial data while enabling effective, data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Data Stewardship & Governance Maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across commercial systems, including CRM and ERP platforms. Perform regular data audits, validation checks, and clean‑up initiatives to ensure reliable datasets. Develop, implement, and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices. Monitor data quality metrics, proactively identify issues, and drive timely resolution. Serve as a subject matter expert for data standards, classification, and enrichment processes. Collaborate with IT and master data teams to resolve system and data‑related issues and ensure seamless data flow. Lead Management & Sales Data Manage and optimize lead assignment processes within CRM systems. Develop standardized procedures and documentation for lead routing and assignment rules. Identify opportunities to automate lead management workflows in collaboration with IT teams. Provide insights and support to Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to improve decision‑making. Commercial Operations & Process Improvement Support optimization of commercial tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools). Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in data entry, usage, and reporting. Develop and document standardized workflows, policies, and operational best practices. Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on data governance and systems usage. Analytics & Reporting Develop and deliver routine and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and performance insights. Analyze data trends and communicate actionable insights to support business strategy. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance reporting capabilities and data visualization. What We're Looking For Strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and governance Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Operations teams Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets Experience in process improvement, workflow design, and documentation Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Technical Skills Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms Experience with commercial and marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, ZoomInfo, or similar) is an advantage
