GCC Sales / Consulting Sales / Solution Sales – Enterprise & AI Services
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic enterprise sales professionals with strong experience in consulting sales, solution sales, GCC sales, enterprise technology sales, analytics sales, AI/data sales, or digital transformation sales. The ideal candidate should have experience engaging with GCCs, Captives, Shared Services, Enterprise Accounts, BFSI clients, or large technology organizations and should be capable of driving strategic sales conversations and solution-led engagements. Key Responsibilities Consulting Sales / GCC Sales Drive new business acquisition across GCCs, Captives, and Enterprise clients Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closure Build strategic relationships with CXOs, GCC Heads, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Risk & Compliance leaders Identify opportunities across AI, Analytics, Data, Automation, Risk, Compliance, Cloud, and Digital Transformation Drive account growth, cross-sell, upsell, and strategic account expansion Develop account plans, pipeline strategies, and revenue growth initiatives Work closely with consulting, presales, delivery, and leadership teams Represent Solytics in GCC ecosystem discussions, client meetings, and industry engagements Solution Sales – GCC Understand client business problems and map relevant technology and consulting solutions Position AI, Analytics, Data Engineering, Automation, Cloud, and Transformation offerings Support enterprise sales opportunities through consultative solution selling Participate in discovery workshops, client presentations, demos, proposals, and RFP responses Collaborate with presales, consulting, product, and delivery teams Engage with enterprise stakeholders to identify solution opportunities Support deal closures and account growth initiatives Required Skills & Experience. Experience in Enterprise B2B Sales / Consulting Sales / Solution Sales Experience selling IT Services, Consulting, Analytics, AI, Data, Cloud, Automation, or Digital Transformation solutions Exposure to GCCs, Captives, Shared Services, or Enterprise clients preferred Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities Experience managing enterprise stakeholders and large sales cycles Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience working with presales, delivery, consulting, or product teams Strong understanding of enterprise technology and transformation landscape Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates from the following industries preferred: IT Services Consulting Analytics AI/ML SaaS Digital Transformation BFSI Technology Data & Cloud Services
