About the Role
As an Inside Sales Specialist at Snyllo Estetica, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue targets, identifying and qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with customers.
Day-to-day, you will be working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and tailoring sales pitches accordingly. You will also be responsible for providing feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
- Identify and qualify leads, follow up on potential opportunities, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and marketing.
Skills & Qualifications
- Negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals and build strong relationships with customers.
- Excellent client interaction and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Critical thinking skills to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and the sales team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
