Job description Role: Creative Strategist Location: HSR, Bangalore Experience: 0–3 Years Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a creative and analytically driven Creative Strategist to join Snowball AI. This role sits at the intersection of content, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing. You will work on campaign strategy, creative analysis, Meta and Google Ads insights, and Klaviyo retention systems across multiple brands. You'll work closely with founders, designers, editors, and media buyers to identify winning hooks, messaging angles, audience insights, and conversion opportunities, then translate those learnings into high-performing campaigns, content systems, and customer journeys. The ideal candidate understands both creative execution and performance data — someone who can break down why certain ads, emails, or content pieces work, identify patterns in audience behavior, and turn those insights into scalable marketing systems. Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Campaign Development Develop creative strategies aligned with brand, growth, and revenue goals. Research audience behavior, competitors, creator trends, and content formats across digital platforms. Identify high-performing hooks, messaging angles, offers, and creative patterns from Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Create campaign concepts, ad angles, storytelling frameworks, and content ideas for paid and organic channels. Write and refine ad copy, email messaging, hooks, CTAs, and campaign narratives. Build clear and actionable creative briefs for designers, editors, and content teams. Collaborate closely with media buyers and creative teams to improve campaign performance. Lifecycle Marketing & Retention Build and manage Klaviyo email and SMS flows, including: Welcome flows Abandoned cart flows Browse abandonment Post-purchase flows Winback campaigns Retention and VIP flows Define audience segments based on customer behavior, engagement, purchase history, and lifecycle stage. Analyze lifecycle marketing metrics including: Open rates CTRs Conversion rates Revenue attribution Customer retention Continuously improve retention systems through testing, segmentation, and automation. Performance Analysis Analyze Meta and Google Ads performance to identify: Winning creatives Creative fatigue Messaging opportunities Audience insights Funnel drop-offs Work with media buyers to improve creative testing frameworks and campaign structure. Translate campaign performance data into actionable creative and retention insights. Maintain reporting systems and document learnings across campaigns. Requirements Must-Have 0–3 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing. Strong understanding of digital content, storytelling, audience psychology, and conversion-focused messaging. Strong copywriting and communication skills. Ability to analyze campaigns, creatives, and customer behavior to identify performance patterns and optimization opportunities. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting. Experience with or strong interest in Klaviyo, retention marketing, and marketing automation. Strong research and analytical skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership. Preferred Experience building Klaviyo flows and segmentation systems. Understanding of DTC/eCommerce marketing funnels. Experience working in an agency, startup, or creator-led environment. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Notion AI. Understanding of CRO, landing page optimization, or SEO.
