Job Description Role: Business Development Associate Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Experience: 0–2 Years Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join the growth team at Snowball In this role, you will work closely with the founders and sales team to identify potential clients, execute outbound outreach, manage CRM workflows, and support revenue growth initiatives. This role is suited for someone who is proactive, organized, and interested in sales, growth, and AI automation. You will get hands-on exposure to outbound sales, lead generation systems, AI-driven workflows, and client communication across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities Research companies, industries, and decision-makers to identify potential business opportunities. Execute outbound outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain accurate CRM records. Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline updates with prospects. Support proposal creation, sales collateral, and client presentations. Work closely with the marketing team to improve outreach messaging and campaign performance. Track key business development metrics and prepare weekly pipeline reports. Assist in building scalable outbound systems and workflows using AI tools and automation platforms. Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with cold outreach and prospect communication. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment. Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of work. Interest in AI, SaaS, automation, or startup ecosystems.
