About the Role
As a CA Fresher in Operations (Central Loan Servicing), you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of loan servicing operations, including financial management, accounting, and data analysis. You will work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and performing reconciliations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in loan servicing operations.
- Develop and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial management and accounting.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and review MIS reports to provide insights into loan servicing operations.
- Assist in the preparation of journal entries and general ledger accounts.
- Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
