About the Role

As an HR Intern at SLB, you will be supporting the Human Resources team in various aspects of recruitment, HR operations, employee onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end HR processes in a global technology company.

Day-to-day, you will be involved in scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers, assisting with job postings, supporting employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records and HR reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Assist with job postings and hiring activities
  • Support employee onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR reports
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR programs
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Learning agility and problem-solving skills
  • Team collaboration and adaptability
