Role: AWS Connect + Node.js Engineer Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 12 months+ Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Timezone : IST with overlap to US teams (2 hours of overlap. End of consultant's day overlaps with start of US day EST.) Location: 100% Remote We are seeking experienced AWS Connect Engineers to support a large-scale contact center transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Amazon Connect, Node.js, AWS Lambda, and scalable serverless backend integrations. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Amazon Connect Contact Flows Build backend integrations using Node.js and AWS Lambda Integrate Amazon Connect with enterprise APIs and applications Support event-driven processing and real-time call orchestration Optimize Lambda scalability and application performance Troubleshoot production issues and support highly available systems Requirements Strong experience with Amazon Connect and Contact Flows Strong Node.js development experience Experience with AWS Lambda and AWS SDK Experience with Amazon Connect Streams API Experience building scalable serverless applications Strong understanding of asynchronous event processing Preferred Enterprise contact center platform experience Multi-region AWS architecture experience
