The role involves handling customer queries, providing service support, and driving sales conversions through effective communication and close coordination with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case handling and timely resolution. Prepare, update, and maintain daily operational reports to support business tracking and decision-making. Engage with customers across multiple channels (chat, email, and phone) to deliver prompt and effective support. Manage inbound and outbound calls to drive successful sales conversions while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Guide customers with product knowledge and assist them in understanding features and benefits for smooth adoption.
