About the Role
As a Sales Executive (B2B) at Simplilearn, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closure, requiring strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Simplilearn's products and services to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by closing deals and upselling/cross-selling relevant services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve collective sales goals.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, track progress, and analyze sales performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of sales principles, practices, and industry trends.
- Certifications in sales or business development (optional).
