International Sales Associate (Forex/Comex)

About the Role

As an International Sales Associate at Signal Expert Global, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and handling their grievances. You will also be required to explain trading strategies, company terms, and market risk to clients, and conduct sessions on risk profile management and trading strategies.

This role involves generating daily prospects through various communication channels, coordinating with the digital marketing and research team to serve clients effectively, and staying updated on global market trends to serve investors and traders.

• Generating daily prospects through telephonic, visual, and text conversations
• Conducting risk profile management and trading strategies sessions with clients
• Coordinating with the digital marketing and research team to serve clients effectively
• Staying updated on global market trends to serve investors and traders

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field
• Fluent English communication skills
• Knowledge of the global market, particularly in Forex and Comex
• Sales and marketing skills
• Self-motivation, independence, and attention to detail
• Exceptional relationship management skills
• Experience in international sales, marketing, global market, and financial services (preferable)
