About the Role
As an HR Operations Intern at Sigmoid, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, participating in strategic initiatives, and contributing to creating a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation and induction sessions for new hires.
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR Management System (HRMS).
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and compliance with company policies.
- Support in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
- Provide assistance in policy creation, revision, and documentation.
- Handle ad hoc HR-related projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proactive and willing to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HRMS or recruitment tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
