AI Trainer (Part-time)

About the Role

As an AI Trainer (Part-time) at Siddhas Trust, you will be responsible for training and fine-tuning AI models using various tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini. Your primary goal will be to improve the performance and accuracy of these models, enabling them to generate high-quality content and respond effectively to user queries. This role requires a strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training data sets for AI models using various tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for AI model improvement and develop strategies for enhancement.
• Design and execute experiments to test and evaluate the performance of AI models.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to improve model performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, including data sets, algorithms, and performance metrics.
• Work with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into software applications and platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning.
• Experience with AI training tools and platforms, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with data structures and algorithms, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
